Sister Cabrini was born in the small village of Makave near Va va ‘u, Tongan Islands.
Louisa Gertrude was born in Albury, N.S.W. Her parents, Charles and Catherine, raised their eight children, five daughters and three sons, within a strong Christian atmosphere.
