Mary Elizabeth Lavery was born on 1 September 1904, at Waubra, Victoria. Her parents were Bernard and Catherine Lavery (nee Fay). Australian born and proud of it, Ballarat had a special place in her heart.
Sister came from the Wellington area. She had a very supportive Family who were frequent visitors...
