Catherine Anne Coe was born at Featherston on 9 November, 1907. She was the daughter of George and Caroline Coe (nee Hansen). She spent her childhood years and received all her education in Wanganui.
Sister came from the Wellington area. She had a very supportive Family who were frequent visitors...
After her Profession in 1958 Sister Mary worked in the different Homes of Compassion before going to Loreto Hall to obtain her teacher ‘C’ Certificate.
