Mother Veronica Hartnett
Margaret Hartnett was the younger sister of Catherine, and was born at Kanieri on the West Coast. She went to the Hokitika Convent School where she would have listened with rapt attention to Mother Mary Joseph Aubert speaking of the Maori Mission at Hiruhārama on the Whanganui River.

Sister Gabriel Henry
Helen Mary Henry was born in Hawera on 18 June, 1906, but spent most of her early life in Wanganui. Her parents were Thomas and Annie Henry (nee Finnerty). Sister Cecilia Crombie
Emmeline Edith Crombie was born at Balart, Victoria, Australia, on 30 December, 1872. Her parents were Charles Melville Crombie and Matilda Margaret Crombie (nee Sibley.) Emmeline entered as a Postulant on 15 August, 1908, and began her Novitiate on 19 March, 1909, receiving the name Sister Mary Cecilia. She was professed on 7 April, 1911...
