Sister came from the Wellington area. She had a very supportive Family who were frequent visitors...
Alice Brett was born in Wellington on 5 June, 1871. Her parents were George and Mary Brett (nee Maher). Alice entered the Sisters of Compassion at Buckle Street and on 28 November, 1904, received her Religious name Sister Mary Vianney.
