As a part of our celebrations for the 186th anniversary of the birth of the Veneral Suzanne Aubert Meri Hōhepa we are privileged to host the premiere screening of ‘Against All Odds: The Story of Linda Swayn’.
The first in a series of documentaries directed by John Bergin, Against All Odds explores the life-changing impact that Suzanne Aubert Meri Hōhepa has on people to this day beginning with Linda.
Learn about the work of the Sisters of Compassion and the influential presence of Suzanne Aubert Meri Hōhepa through the lens of Linda, a woman who grew up in their care at the Home of Compassion, Island Bay.
