Before entering the Sisters of Compassion in 1957, Sister had completed courses in commerce and later qualified as a General Nurse and obtained a Post Operating Technique certificate...
Sister was born in Tonga and had trained as a nurse in Tonga before entering the Sisters of Compassion. After discernment she decided to return home.
