Alice Brett was born in Wellington on 5 June, 1871. Her parents were George and Mary Brett (nee Maher). Alice entered the Sisters of Compassion at Buckle Street and on 28 November, 1904, received her Religious name Sister Mary Vianney.
Sister was a Sister of Compassion for 5 years. Thank you Thecla for your generosity.
