Sister Rae was elected Congregational Leader during 1999 and led the Sisters of Compassion until 2011...
Sister came from Houma, the same village where our Sisters in Tonga lived. While a Sister of Compassion she cared mainly for the elderly at Island Bay.
After discernment Sister left in 1957. Thank you sister for all you did for the Sisters of Compassion.
