Join us in the lead-up to advent to explore the connection between the advent story and our relationship with God. Reflect on how this iconic story is woven through our lives in a two-day spiritual retreat with Joy Cowley and Fr John O’Connor.

Participants are welcome to join a select day or both. The themes from the days are as follows:

Day One: We see the Christmas story as a parable related to our own lives. Men and women alike become pregnant with God.

Day Two: Discernment. Three areas of spiritual discernment that help to give birth to Christ in the world.

Attendees are encouraged to bring a packed lunch with them and a pen and paper for taking notes. The registration cost is $40 a day or $60 for two days, with all proceeds going towards the work of the Sisters of Compassion.
