Christian meditation is an ancient form of contemplative prayer, deeply anchored in the teachings of the early Christian desert fathers and mothers of the 4th and 5th centuries.
We meet every Monday evening at 7pm (February to December) in the Chapel.
Taizé is an ecumenical community south of Lyon in France. Taizé worship is a prayer service consisting of meditative singing—simple songs typically featuring a line or two from the Psalms, creating a kind of lectio divina in music, reading and spoken prayer along with periods of silence.
We meet on the first Friday evening of the month (February to December) at 7pm in the Chapel.
